İSTANBUL YAPI DENETİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is the first construction monitoring/auditing company to be formed in Istanbul in 2000.  Since July 17, 2000, when we started operations with licence #22, "Knowledge, Experience and Quality in Construction Monitoring/Auditing" has been our motto. We have monitored over 2.3 million square meters (over 24 million square feet) of construction in over 200 projects.   Since 2006, ISTANBUL YAPI DENETIM has targeted best practices in its operations, evidenced by its ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems certificate.  İstanbul İki Yapı Denetim Ltd. Şti. , İstanbul Boğaziçi Yapı Denetim Ltd. Şti.  and Arsipel Yapi Denetim Ltd. Sti are the three other Construction Monitoring/Auditing firms that we have worked along side in our larger projects.
